Ready to rage? Introducing coach Aleshanee. She’s no stranger to head-banging so can expect to pop off all class long. Born with a disability, she is a proud adaptive athlete and will make sure every person in her class feels welcomed and supported, no matter what. When she’s not on a bike you can find her with a camera in hand creating content, or hanging out with her husband and three pups Koda, Frankie, and Kolbie.

What is your favorite move on the bike? “Ok so... Around the bars used to scare me because I couldn’t get it for the longest time but now I absolutely love it, especially during a quick song with some crosses.“

Fav spot to eat in Denver? “Work & Class in RiNo hands down”

What artists are you currently loving? “Alison Wonderland, Rainbow Kitten Surprise, Caamp, Megan Thee Stallion… I’m a bit all over the place. I listen to a little bit of everything.”
