Get Ready For Your First Class!

So, it’s your first time at Viv Cycle?

We CANNOT wait to welcome you into the studio and introduce you to everything that Viv has to offer! Here is all the information you need to get set up for a successful first class:

NEW CLIENT PROMOS

  • Our coaches are trained to teach classes that are inclusive and accessible to all levels. We know that first classes can be overwhelming and intimidating, but we encourage you to take it at your own pace, take breaks when you need, and do whatever makes YOU feel most comfortable!

  • Spots can be booked through our website or on our app once you have created an account. You will need to purchase a credit or a membership to reserve a spot. Classes open for booking every Sunday at 4pm.

  • We recommend all first time guests book a bike in the 2nd, 3rd, or 4th row! Regardless of experience level, there is a learning curve with our choreography and terminology and it can take a class or two to feel confident in our cues. Our mat room classes do not have assigned spots, they are first come first serve upon arrival!

  • Wear workout clothes and bring a water bottle, otherwise we’ve got you covered! We have sweat-towels on every bike, earplugs on the front desk, extra hair ties, fully stocked showers and more to make sure you’ve got everything you may need! Please wear socks if you plan to rent shoes.

  • Parking is available in The Hub Parking Garage next to the Chase Bank. Bring your ticket to the the front desk and we will validate it for you for 90 minutes. There is also free street parking all around us.

  • Our bikes require clip-in cycling shoes. They are free to rent for your first class and $3 for subsequent classes. Our bikes accommodate SPD and Delta clips if you want to bring your own. If you’re interested in purchasing your own cycling shoes, check out this informational video!

  • Our front desk team will be be happy to give you a tour of the studio and help you set up your bike. If you want to get a head start, check out this video!

Be sure to arrive early so that we have enough time to help you get set up.

  • If you need to cancel your reservation before class time, we understand things come up! We ask that you cancel it before 8PM the night before your class. Any cancellation after 8PM will be considered a “late cancel” and will result in a $12 fee for membership holders or a loss of the class credit, unless otherwise noted in the product description.
