If you’ve ever taken one of Laura’s classes, you know she loves transitions and postures that get our bodies moving in a unique way and keeps our brains active and guessing. She also really values balancing postures and yin postures (longer holds) because of their benefits for our mobility, longevity, and activation of our parasympathetic nervous system. Fav music artists atm? I have listened to a whole lot of Taylor this year, but in my yoga flow classes I like to keep it slow and chill at the beginning, and then I bring it up and get funky~ Griz, Odesza, Alison Wonderland, Big Wild, Of The Trees, Hermitude, Hippie Sabotage (and so many more) and then we come back down to more meditative music. I believe it to be a complete experience :)
